HR-218 or the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act allows the qualified retired law enforcement officers to carry concealed firearms in any jurisdiction in the United States.

The revised NYS Safe Act from the NYS Police website is a guide published by the New York State Police for the use of Troopers in the field to understand and enforce the Safe Act. We suggest you read all about it so you can avoid any situations that might put you in legal jeopardy. This act is about long guns, handguns, and applies to all gun owners.
